Purchasing Tickets

Subscriptions and single tickets are available for sale online, by calling 518.941.4331, or by sending in our brochure. If you would like to receive a brochure in the mail, please email us.

COVID PROTOCOLS

Full Vaccination Required – all attendees over the age of 12 must show proof of full vaccination & photo ID. Proof must be provided with a CDC card, a digital image of a CDC card, or a NYS Excelsior Pass/Excelsior Pass Plus. Those who are unvaccinated or under the age of 12 are required to present a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours of the performance.

Masks Required – all attendees must wear a mask while indoors. 

*Spaced Seating – seating will be staggered in our venues to help with social distancing. This will limit our seating capacity (eg Memorial Chapel will now have 550 seats), so we urge you to reserve your tickets as soon as possible to ensure that you’re able to attend.

No Intermission – we will not be having intermission. Concert programs may change slightly and we are working with our artists on updating them on our website concert pages. We will be in touch further about the format of our two extended Bach programs.

Hall Access – doors will open 45 minutes before each concert and we encourage you to arrive early to allow ample time to enter the hall.

Free Youth Tickets

All kids and college students may attend each concert for free.

Exchange Policy

Subscribers may exchange their ticket(s) for a future concert without charge by letting us know before the concert date of their cancellation.

Seating

All concerts are general admission–no reserved seating. The halls generally open to the public 45 minutes prior to the concert.
