Health Protocols & Ticket Info

Purchasing Tickets

Subscriptions and single tickets are available for sale online, by calling 518-941-4331, or by sending in our brochure. If you would like to receive a brochure in the mail, please email us.

All ticket sales are final. If you are unable to attend a performance, please email us before the concert date to donate your ticket or we can do our best to exchange it for another concert.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS

We will continue to monitor conditions and will adjust protocols as necessary. We will notify our audience should protocols change and update this webpage.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is not required; however, we encourage everyone to complete their primary vaccination series and get boosted if eligible before attending.

Masks are strongly encouraged inside our hall but are not required. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home – we will exchange your tickets for another concert or issue a refund.

Hall Access—Doors will open 45 minutes before each concert and we encourage you to arrive early to allow ample time to enter the hall.

If you have already ordered tickets and are uncomfortable with any of these protocols, please email us or call us at 518-941-4331 and we will issue you a refund.

Free Youth Tickets

All kids and college students may attend each concert for free. Please show a valid student ID at the box office to receive your complimentary ticket. A number of tickets are set aside each concert for kids and students—there is no need to reserve tickets in advance.

Exchange Policy

Subscribers may exchange their ticket(s) for a future concert taking place before the following June 30 without charge by letting us know before the concert date of their cancellation.

Seating

All concerts are general admission—no reserved seating. The halls generally open to the public 45 minutes prior to the concert.
