We are honored to collaborate with the esteemed Berlin Philharmonic in presenting a screening of their sensational production of Bach’s St. Matthew Passion. Staged by the legendary director Peter Sellars, the production has become a worldwide sensation since its premiere in 2010. The orchestra famously brought it to New York’s Armory in 2014 for two performances in collaboration with Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall which immediately sold out. They opened sales to the dress rehearsal, and that sold out in 24 hours.
Join us for this remarkable performance film at Union’s Reamer Center Auditorium (see images for location map). Regular shuttles will drop patrons off at Reamer and will be running before and after the film.
There is limited seating – Capacity: 200
Runtime: 3.5 hours with intermission
