Ticket Information and Policies

Purchasing Tickets

Subscriptions and tickets will go on sale to the public on 8/1. We are doing this to allow for maximum flexibility as conditions continue to improve. Brochures will be mailed in early August.

COVID Information

We are working with Union College and other venues to assess conditions and develop protocols for the concerts. When tickets go on sale in August, we will communicate our plans when conditions are more clear. Should plans need to be adjusted after August 1, we will communicate changes when tickets are mailed in early September.

$5 More At the Door

Tickets purchased at the door will cost $40 to alleviate pre-concert crowding in our small foyer. Our box office will be open at Memorial Chapel one hour prior to each concert.

Free Youth Tickets

All kids and college students may attend each concert for free.

Exchange Policy

Subscribers may exchange their ticket(s) for a future concert without charge by letting us know before the concert date of their cancellation. Single ticket buyers may exchange tickets for a $5 surcharge per request.

Seating

All concerts are general admission–no reserved seating. The hall generally opens to the public 45 minutes prior to the concert.
